The free parking was ample, a definite plus! I found the staff very friendly. Their service was great. The location was excellent, placing me close to local attractions. My room was clean, spacious, and I slept soundly (no disturbances whatsoever!).
The shower pressure was a little weak, but it was manageable.

The themed room was wonderfully spacious. It came equipped with extra duvets. The bunk beds seemed very sturdy and safe for children. The room had ample space for luggage.

The parking area had plenty of spaces. It was easy to get a spot near my accommodation. I saw a play area with a sandpit. A few other play parks are on the resort, perfect for keeping kids entertained.

the cabin was clean and organised. the beds were made when i arrived. the mattresses felt comfortable and i found plenty of pillows.
the staff at night didn't seem happy. the food tasted horrible and was very overpriced.

The cabin was really cute. The staff kindly followed my request and allocated us what had to be the quietest location on site. The setting was relaxing on the edge of the lake with no passing foot traffic. The cabin was clean and organised, and beds were made upon our arrival.
There were things that didn't work as expected. The fire didn't work. The oven hood light also didn't work and the shower wasn't great. I struggled to adjust the temperature, and it was difficult to keep the shower head up.

the customer service impressed me, and the staff were really helpful. the grounds are huge, and the accommodation was excellent (plenty of space). linens, towels, tea, and coffee were provided.
i found a half-eaten chicken wing and a used nappy in the bin. we were trying to figure out what the odd smell was. the sink being part of the toilet, so it felt a bit strange.
